All the things!

Works from 2019-2022

Flushed 2021 -2022

“Flushed'' comprises acrylic digital prints that include drawing, painting, collage, and photography. Each toilet-seat framed print contains a narrative loaded with metaphors about flushing things down the toilet, or more pointedly, flushing parts of my life away. These works capture the challenges and question if my motherhood art can co-exist with my pre-mom explicit works.

R.I.P.  2020-2022

"RIP" comprises acrylic digital prints that include drawing, painting, collage, and photography. As a third generation Los Angeles florist and artist, honoring a person's death with a flower bouquet portrait feels only natural to me. “RIP” is a series paying tribute to artists who have sparked my art practice.

The Last Draft of History. 2018-2021

“The Last Draft of History” examines the physicality of newspapers and information. I’ve taken different forms of the news and planted them in my backyard, froze, watered, painted, glued, dug them up, and dried them out to repurpose into mixed media works on board, paper, and digital prints.
